Coconut agroforestry
High-density commercial coconut blocks with compatible intercrops, nurseries, coir and future processing opportunities.
Planetic Eco Solutions is developing a phased community coastal rejuvenation concept combining coconut agroforestry, a marine hatchery and nursery, estuary and mangrove protection, water security, renewable energy, research, training and local livelihoods.
The 2,000-acre vision is not simply a larger plantation. It creates room for commercial agriculture, estuary protection, hatchery infrastructure, water storage, renewable energy, training, ecological buffers and long-term community participation.
High-density commercial coconut blocks with compatible intercrops, nurseries, coir and future processing opportunities.
Phased broodstock, larval rearing and nursery systems designed around regulated seawater intake, biosecurity and species-specific approvals.
Protect sensitive coastal systems and use restoration zones to improve resilience, habitat and water quality.
Reservoirs, rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge and efficient irrigation reduce pressure during dry months.
Long-term skills and work across agriculture, hatchery operations, research, processing, restoration, maintenance and hospitality/education support.
A living field laboratory for coastal agriculture, aquaculture, climate adaptation, water management and community-led restoration.
The project can scale only when each phase demonstrates land-title integrity, water feasibility, regulatory compliance, biological performance and financially sustainable operations.

Secure the first coastal/tidal access block, establish pilot coconut acreage, reservoirs and initial hatchery infrastructure. Complete detailed CRZ, hydrology, bathymetry, soil and title work.
Acquire adjoining agricultural land, expand plantation, add nursery and processing capacity, and prove commercial hatchery survival and sales.
Scale water systems, renewable energy, agroforestry and community training; expand research and environmental monitoring.
Consolidate a landscape-scale operating estate with multiple production blocks, protected buffers and integrated logistics.
Reach the long-term coastal rejuvenation master scale, subject to voluntary land availability, approvals and demonstrated ecological carrying capacity.
Gross coconut revenue excludes plantation operating cost, losses, grading, transport, taxes and other project costs. Hatchery, intercropping and processing economics are additional and species/site dependent.
Three calculators illustrate debt cost, crowdfunding/investor scenarios and coconut production. They are educational planning tools and do not guarantee returns.
The default ₹580 Cr is an illustrative master-scale placeholder: ~₹480 Cr for 2,000 acres at ₹24 lakh/acre plus ~₹100 Cr of phased infrastructure. It is not a committed budget.

It represents a long-term consolidation vision, not a statement that 2,000 acres has already been purchased or secured.
The investment calculator compounds selected planning rates for illustration. It does not create a contract, coupon, guarantee or securities offer.
Bathymetry, estuary access, CRZ, seawater intake, hatchery capacity and environmental buffers must be confirmed by site-specific professional studies and approvals.
